Rajendra Pudashaini
Co-Director of the Agency
Born and raised in the Langtang Valley, in the heart of the Nepalese Himalayas, Rajendra grew up to the rhythm of the mountains, forests and traditions that shape this exceptional region. An experienced mountain guide, he possesses an unparalleled knowledge of the terrain, built over many years spent exploring the trails, passes and remote villages of Nepal. Co-founder of Time to Nepal, Rajendra embodies the very soul of the agency. Deeply rooted in his culture and homeland, he is the essential link between travellers and the living reality of Nepal ; its people, its landscapes, its rituals and its silences. His intimate knowledge of local communities and Himalayan ecosystems allows him to craft travel experiences of rare authenticity, far from conventional itineraries. A guide as much as an ambassador for his land, Rajendra proudly and responsibly carries the mission of Time to Nepal: to offer meaningful immersive journeys, placing respect for local populations and the preservation of natural environments at the heart of every shared adventure.

Clément
Co-director of Time to Nepal
An ecologist and ethologist by training, Clément divides his time between the peaks of the Himalayas and tropical forests, driven by a deep passion for wildlife and the cultures intimately connected to it. As a specialist in mammals and avifauna, he brings to the agency a sharp and sensitive understanding of the landscapes explored, well beyond the beaten track. Co-founder of Time to Nepal, Clément carries a resolutely immersive vision of travel: one of authentic encounters with Nepal's landscapes, communities and ecosystems. For Clément, travel is not something to be improvised ; it is something to be approached with respect, humility and responsibility. Every itinerary crafted by the agency reflects this commitment: celebrating local expertise, supporting host communities and preserving the natural environments we journey through. Pramesh grew up as a wildlife guide in Bardia National Park. With years of experience in the jungle, he has a deep knowledge of local traditions and wildlife. His vision for Time to Nepal has always been to combine authentic Nepalese hospitality with a level of comfort and service that meets international standars.

Loren Bes
Teaching artist
Based in Barnas, in the Ardèche region of France, Loren Bes is an illustrator and visual artist. His work is inspired as much by observing the world around him as by his love of imagination, storytelling, and places steeped in history. Through his illustrations and his distinctive series of crooked houses, he has created a unique visual universe where architecture seems to come alive, sway, dream, and tell stories of its own. Working primarily with watercolor, ink, and mixed media, his artworks explore the boundary between reality and imagination. Landscapes, houses, and everyday objects are transformed through his perspective, becoming vessels of emotion, memory, and inner journeys. Behind every façade lies a story, beyond every mountain a new world, and within every distortion an invitation to see things differently. Blending poetry, sensitivity, and occasionally a touch of humor, Loren Bes seeks to reveal the extraordinary hidden within the ordinary. His work encourages viewers to slow down, observe closely, and let their imagination wander in a world where lines are never quite straight and houses seem to have a soul. Alongside his work as an illustrator, Loren Bes teaches watercolor through workshops at his studio, online classes, and immersive three- to four-day courses. These take place both in Ardèche and in more distant destinations, exploring watercolor through letting go, sketch hiking, observation, imagination, and live drawing performances accompanying concerts.

Guide & Ornithologist
For his master's degree in cultural studies, Rupendra wrote his thesis on the Chepang people, a community he is deeply passionate about. His love for the landscapes of the Chepang Hills led him to build a chalet in Uperdang Gadhi where guests are welcomed on arrival. He is actively involved in a local association supporting Chepang Hill communities, particularly in providing access to healthcare. Rupendra is also a certified guide and ornithologist, and a member of the Birds Education Society.

Wildlife Guide & Naturalist
Based at Mont Serein station at 1,400m altitude in the heart of the Ventoux massif, Pierre is a passionate wildlife guide and naturalist. He specializes in wildlife observation — wolves, bears, lynx, snow leopards, argali, ibex — and leads immersive treks and expeditions across Provence and the Himalayas. With a deep knowledge of local heritage, landscapes and fauna, Pierre brings a unique scientific and artistic eye to every expedition.

Tashi R. Ghale
Wildlife Photographer & Naturalist
Based in Manang in the heart of the Himalayas, Tashi R. Ghale is a renowned wildlife photographer and naturalist recognized as the first Nepali photographer to capture images of the elusive snow leopard in its most remote habitat. Winner of the Disney Conservation Hero Award in 2018, his work has appeared in travel magazines, books, and conservation publications worldwide. Tashi is deeply involved in snow leopard conservation and wildlife research in the Annapurna Conservation Area."

Ram Krishna Mahato
Senior Naturalist Guide
Ram Krishna Mahato is a highly professional naturalist guide with a deep passion for wildlife, conservation and environmental awareness. With over 12 years of experience leading guided nature walks and wildlife safaris across Nepal's national parks and reserves, he is skilled in identifying local flora and fauna and sharing his knowledge through engaging storytelling. Ram has worked with Chitwan Riverside Resort, Barahi Jungle Lodge and as a freelance mountain guide, and currently serves as senior naturalist at Dynamic Ecotours. He is a certified nature guide (NTNC, 2012) and trekking guide (NATHM, 2018), and an active life member of the Bird Education Society, Bird Conservation Nepal and Pokhara Bird Society. Ram is committed to promoting respectful, sustainable ecotourism and unforgettable wildlife encounters.

Born in a small village in the Langtang valley, Bimal has been carrying for Time to Nepal for over 8 years. Always smiling, even at 4000m, he's known for his traditional songs that lift trekker's spirits on tiring days.
Kanchha Gurung
Originally from the Annapurna region, Kanchha grew up among mountain trails. Quiet and remarkably strong, he always makes sure every trekker reaches camp safely, whatever the weather.
Pemba Sherpa
Coming from a family of porters and guides spanning three generations, Pemba knows every corner of the Everest region. He loves sharing his passion for the mountains and offering advice to travelers during breaks.
