Day by day
Day 01 : Kathmandu – Tal (1700m) — Road to the Annapurna
Departure from Kathmandu for a long spectacular day by private jeep toward Tal (1700m), gateway to the Annapurna circuit. The drive crosses varied landscapes, following rushing rivers and green valleys, offering your first views of the Himalayan foothills. On arrival in Tal, a charming village nestled in the valley, you settle in for the night, ready to begin your photographic trek the next day.
Day 01 : Kathmandu – Tal (1700m) — Road to the Annapurna
Departure from Kathmandu for a long spectacular day by private jeep toward Tal (1700m), gateway to the Annapurna circuit. The drive crosses varied landscapes, following rushing rivers and green valleys, offering your first views of the Himalayan foothills. On arrival in Tal, a charming village nestled in the valley, you settle in for the night, ready to begin your photographic trek the next day.
Day 02 : Tal – Tamang (2270m) — First Photographic Trek Day
First trekking day in the Marsyangdi valley. The trail climbs progressively through lush vegetation, following the turquoise river. You cross rhododendron and pine forests, offering magnificent photographic opportunities with the first snowy summits appearing in the distance. The path winds between spectacular waterfalls and traditional villages, allowing you to capture the daily life of the inhabitants.
Day 02 : Tal – Tamang (2270m) — First Photographic Trek Day
First trekking day in the Marsyangdi valley. The trail climbs progressively through lush vegetation, following the turquoise river. You cross rhododendron and pine forests, offering magnificent photographic opportunities with the first snowy summits appearing in the distance. The path winds between spectacular waterfalls and traditional villages, allowing you to capture the daily life of the inhabitants.
Day 03 : Tamang – Chame (2670m) — Heart of the Manang Valley
The progression continues through increasingly spectacular landscapes. The trail crosses conifer forests and skirts impressive cliffs, offering remarkable photographic perspectives. You progressively enter the Tibetan cultural zone, visible in the village architecture and colourful prayer flags. Chame (2670m), the district capital of Manang, welcomes you with stunning views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal.
Day 03 : Tamang – Chame (2670m) — Heart of the Manang Valley
The progression continues through increasingly spectacular landscapes. The trail crosses conifer forests and skirts impressive cliffs, offering remarkable photographic perspectives. You progressively enter the Tibetan cultural zone, visible in the village architecture and colourful prayer flags. Chame (2670m), the district capital of Manang, welcomes you with stunning views of Annapurna II and Lamjung Himal.
Day 04 : Chame – Upper Pisang (3300m) — Towards the High Plateaus
Today, the landscape changes radically. You leave the dense forests to enter a more arid and mineral zone, characteristic of the high Himalayan plateaus. The trail offers spectacular panoramas of Annapurna II (7937m), Pisang Peak (6091m) and Chulu Far East (6059m). You reach Upper Pisang (3300m), a traditional village perched on the heights with an unobstructed view of the valley. The Tibetan architecture, ancient chortens and Buddhist monasteries create exceptional photographic compositions.
Day 04 : Chame – Upper Pisang (3300m) — Towards the High Plateaus

Arrival in Manang (3540m), the main village that will be your base camp.
